St Anthony-in-Roseland Church

From the waters edge you can see the church towers peeping out behind Place Manor but to get there you have to follow a narrow footpath from the road. Overlooking the creek, the church is the ancestral home of the Spry family and and is thought to date back to the 12th century. Take a look at the carved woodwork on top of the walls as it is actually Cornish tin painted to resemble wood.
