A walk of just under seven miles explores the coast from Ryde, through Seaview, Nettlestone, St Helen's and ending at Bembridge Lifeboat station. The only inland section is from Nettlestone Point to St Helen's Church. There are plenty of places to stop for a break, outstanding coastal views and it should take you just under three hours.
