Amazing........beautiful bracing walk! Check the low tide times as this is when the walk is at its best! We went early June and walked from 9.30 for about 3 hours!

There are three miles of golden sands stretching between Hayle and Gwithian and there is a cliff path walk from Hayle Towans to Gwithian sands which has wonderful views to St Ives and in the other direction Gwithian Light House. Not suggested for very young children as you are virtually on the edge of a cliff, but older children and families with dogs (restrictions on the beach in the summer) will love it. We usually walk back on the beach and stop for a picnic and a paddle!
