Five Hundred Acre Wood

Ashdown Forest is a wide swathe of woodland in Wealden District and Five Hundred Acre Wood is a well known area which includes the famous Pooh Bridge where Pooh and Christopher Robin played Pooh sticks. To walk through the woods to the bridge it's best to park at Chuck Hatch in the Pooh car park and follow the PB signs. It will take about 15 minutes to reach the bridge.
