Best Pubs in Cornwall

Grab a pint full of Cornish charm and settle in to a traditional public house. Here's the best three pubs in Cornwall to visit, according to our guests.

Mounts Bay Inn

Recommended for their excellent food and relaxed atmosphere, it isn’t a quaint chocolate box pub, but quality is assured. A good stopping place when exploring the Lizard peninsula, it is a hub of entertainment for the surrounding area, with live music and themed evenings. If you’re tall you might be able to see the sea from the garden deck…

St Kew Inn

One of our reviewers stated it is ‘one of the most beautiful and atmospheric pubs in Cornwall’. Very traditional with its original 15th Century charm, there is nothing old about the way it operates now, with top quality presentation and Michelin Bib Gourmet recognition…

The Pandora Inn

A firm favourite, it was devastating to see the news that a fire had destroyed a lot of the building in March 2011. Thankfully, lots of the 13th Century features were saved and everything else restored back to its former glory. It didn’t affect its capabilities as a fine food eatery, and the setting on the creek is stunning.
