A guide to the West Country from the people that know…

Woody Bay

Acess is a bit of a scramble but you are assured a nice quite spot here. The sand is red and white with large boulders and rocks. There are fabulous uninterrupted views over the Solent and the village of St Lawrence is close by.

Well worth the walk

We walked down here with a 10 and 12 year old. Following the costal path signs
Not for those with mobility issues or a fear of heights as steep steps leading down with large rocks at the bottom but lovely when you get there very peaceful Beware of the cows in the field as they didn't appreciate people in the field!!!
