Built as a 17th Century hunting lodge, the castle sits in the heart of a large country estate. Meet the peacocks, goats, pigs and alpacas at the animal farm. The grounds are also used to host events, from jousting tournaments to open-air cinema and the uber-cool family festival Camp Bestival (older sister to the Isle of Wight fest).
