A quaint village pub that's been done up for the 21st century with a bar and family-style restaurant. The locals love it for the Sunday Carvery and regular food nights. Visitors love that it caters for little ones and has a beer garden.

Hidden gem

We had a delicious and incredibly good value dinner here - just over £50 for two mains, two puddings and several local ales and ciders! Lovely friendly landlady and waitress. Well worth a visit.

Friendly and welcoming

Very friendly and welcoming landlady behind the bar. Plenty of outdoor seating though the beer garden does feel a bit neglected. Very good selection of food, and excellent prices and quality. Would definitely return!

Very friendly pub with extensive menu and delicious food, but dissapointed that the pub was closed some early evenings.
