Cot Valley Beach

A local treasure. Two small, unspoilt beaches nestle in Cot Valley, which is a good area for birdwatching. Round boulders make up the beaches. At low tide a sandy, secluded cove is exposed. Idyllic.

Land that time forgot

As you walk down to this cove it feels as if you are back in time, it is so quiet and out of any wind. Good birdwatching - kestrels, buzzards and Cornish choughs. Lovely views out to sea and on a clear day can see the Isle of Scilly from lookout rocks just above the cove.

A very easy and quite delightful walk down to the cove along side a crystal clear stream through a pretty dell.
