The access point is a break in the edge of turf and you'll need to work your way down across rocks to reach the shingle and sandy areas of the beach. Dogs are allowed and this is a great place for rock pools.
This small beach is located just on the edges of the town centre. It has many rocky boulders which at low tide give way to the glorious golden sand. It is easily accessible but perhaps not the most atrractive beach in St Ives.
