Here you'll find a secluded and quiet, pebbly beach partly owned by the National Trust. There is no direct access by road, you either have to walk from the village or along the beach from Sidmouth but it's worth the effort for the seclusion, and you can even take your dog.

This stretch of beach consisits of mainly sand and shingle and is somewhat smaller than its neighbouring Slapton Sands. It is within easy reach of Torcross village, with all its eateries and shops. Watersports equipment can be hired locally for the more adventurous!
