There is great local pride in this shop which offers local products from a variety of suppliers, all made on Exmoor.
A picturesque thatched cottage with wonderful gardens - perfect for a cream tea on a sunny day.
Set in a 15th Century hamlet overlooking the Bristol Channel, the pub is traditional with low ceilings and a thatched roof. There is plenty of room for all though, to enjoy their home cooked, locally sourced menu.
With the South West coastal path running past the front door this is a great place to stop for a hearty breakfast, morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea.
Home cooked food served 'River Cottage' style. Banger night (the sausage variety) is every Tuesday with other themed evenings and live music on Fridays. Seating is available outside and there is a car park.
Situated in the highest village on Exmoor, it's been serving travellers for around 200 years.
Having been built in 1290, it is one of the oldest inns in the country and is surrounded by the countryside the area is known for.
