Situated in the heart of Penryn, this traditional country store also has a farm shop, perfect for holiday treats. There's also a recently opened (as of August 2021) takeaway cafe.
With a wide variety of local cheeses on offer you are bound to find one you like either by visiting the shop or buying on-line.
This compact shop in the centre of Helford village offers a great selection of local produce including fresh organic bread, eggs, cheeses and meats. You can also try Roskilly's ice cream which is made nearby.
Ok so strictly not a farm shop, but we think it's good enough to qualify, with its high quality local produce from all the best suppliers; Roskillys, Rowes, Skinners. It has a well-stocked fruit and veg stall out front plus all your daily essentials inside and they deliver free locally! (Oh, and it's not a Spar shop as per Google streetview!)
The Camel Centre houses a cafe and farm shop with Organic lamb, beef, pork, chicken and veg, traditional farmhouse fayre, pies and cakes and local pottery and art. Don't forget to say hello to the camels before you go!
A traditional bakery offering pasties, saffron buns, scones and home made bread, baked daily. Visit as early as you can, stocks run low during busy times.
Fresh fish caught locally from a St Mawes based trawler and sold Tuesday's and Friday's catch permitting (more often during summer). Availability is dependent on the days catch and weather/sea state.
