Excellent coffee and an amazingly diverse selection of books. I could have spent days browsing and never felt under any pressure to buy although of course I did.

Everyone welcome

Not only friendly service, very relaxed atmosphere, excellent food and books galore with armchairs for browsing in comfort: dogs are welcome and welcomed in the cafe and bookshop. We were scolded for leaving our hound outside and she was rewarded with a piece of cheese!

A lovely little cafe, tucked away off the square, with a lovely selection of home made soups as well as cakes! Great after a day walking the coast path.
