For an al fresco lunch this place is hard to beat, right on the beach at Forelands with views across the Solent, Bembridge Ledge and Culver Downs. Food is mostly local seafood with a Mediterranean twist and served outside however umbrellas and blankets are provided. Both beach and cafe are dog friendly but opening times are dependent on the weather so its best to ring beforehand.
