It's well worth stopping off on your journey to the south west to visit some of the historic landmarks in Wiltshire including this stunnnig Queen Ann house which was featured in the film Sense and Sensibility. Pick up a trail sheet during your visit and enjoy a walk around Cathedral Close.

Just across from the Cathedral

Having visited Salisbury Cathedral we decided that we should also include this delightful little property that we have previously missed. It was well worth the visit, with helpful, informative and friendly staff to give us information. The opportunity to visit an NT property in the heart of a city is rare indeed and this one is more than worth the effort.
