Fowey Harbour

South Cornwall

5/5

Based on 3 reviews

A great place to sit and watch the world go by, Fowey Harbour has some sandy patches, shingle and rock at low tide. Children will love crabbing off the rocks and all town amenities are close by.

Par beach

If you have kids and dogs then this is a friendly beach for both of them with wide open Sands. We visited daily for the long dog walks and met so many others
The tide does bring in seaweed but that’s the fun of an estuary beach

Always something going on

The best way to see the harbour is by a boat trip or go over on the car ferry and walk round the to the foot ferry in Polruan back over to Fowey. Should take about 2 hours.
