This is the quieter western end of the beach. South Milton and Thurlestone Rock (once painted by Turner) lie at the eastern end. A long sandy beach, this is a great place for all the family to enjoy a day out. During the summer months you can enjoy the culinary delights of The Gastrobus serving breakfast and lunch from the car park, or the Beach House for excellent seafood and takeaway.
