Water

The north coast is one of the best places in the country for watersports, particularly surfing. Most surf schools will follow the best waves rather than sticking to one particular beach. Wander down to the harbours of Padstow, Newquay, Port Isaac, Boscastle or any of the other ports between Easter and October and you’ll find a variety of boat trips on offer. Whether you’d like to fish, watch for wildlife or just see the coast from a different angle, all you need do is turn up at the quayside and take your pick.
