Star rating - 5 stars. Exactly what it says. It's a barn in a tiny Cornish hamlet, it's little and it's a cafe. But the cream teas are excellent (the best in the area), and the informal garden area (which you will no doubt share with a couple of chickens and Oscar the dog) is wonderful. Meals are also excellent (especially the seafood platter and full breakfasts) and portions generous, which would explain why the place is visited by so many ravenous walkers. Quirky, friendly and delightful. (Please check opening times in January - March.)
