Filey is a traditional seaside resort in North Yorkshire with a staggering five miles of golden sandy beach. With a plethora of rock pools exposed at low tide and great sand for constructing sand castles, this is a great family beach. Dog restrictions apply at certain times of year but check the signage because some sections allow dogs year round.
