Park in The Dene car park on West Street on the outskirts of the village and follow the signs to the river Cuckmere where you'll find the bridge and start of the walk along the river bank. It's a one and a quarter hour stroll following waymarks to Litlington bridge and you then return on the other bank. A lovely meader through the pretty countryside of the Sussex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
