The Lizard to Kynance
Start in the Lizard village and go past Pentreath Cove, a locals' surfing spot, and Lion Rock, across Lizard Downs and down into Kynance Cove. Enjoy the beach - there is a cafe here for refreshments and then go up the cliff on the other side to do a big loop of the nature reserve. You will pass some ancient settlements and highland cattle and then go back towards the Lizard following the raised footpath across the fields. You can finish with one of Ann’s famous pasties on the green.

Mullion Cove
This pretty little harbour dates back to the late 1800s and the old net store and pilchard cellar can still be seen there today. It is still a working harbour, now under National Trust ownership. The sea walls protect it from the winds that can whip across from Mount's Bay, making it quite a sheltered spot. Mullion head, to the right as you look out to sea, is a breeding ground for colonies of razorbills, guillemots, kittiwakes and lesser black-backed gulls.

Porthleven
The shops and cafes of Porthleven cluster around its historic harbour in classic Cornish style. The village has a blissfully laid-back atmosphere.
There are a several good pubs, cafes and restaurants and an excellent fishmongers. Porthleven makes an ideal refuelling spot if you are walking the South West Coast Path as it runs right through the village. There are several small craft shops, one of which designs and makes clothes to order, along with wonderful galleries and gift shops.
From the harbourside you can watch fishing boats come in, several of which you are able to go out on fishing trips with.
When the sea is rough, particularly in Winter, the image of the waves crashing over the harbour wall and up against the church is truly a magnificent and unique sight captured by many an artist and photographer alike over the centuries.

Cadgwith
Tucked away on the tip of the wild Lizard peninsula, Cadgwith is a gorgeous harbour village with ‘chocolate box’ charm by the bucketful. Thatched cottages line the narrow streets with evocative names like ‘Kiddleywink’ and ‘Dolphin Cottage’. The friendly village pub, the Cadgwith Cove Inn, is steeped in history and makes a great place for an evening meal – much of the seafood on the menu is landed at the cove itself. Pop in on a Friday night and you might just find yourself joining in with the weekly gig by the Cadgwith Singers.

Loe Bar Beach
An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Loe Bar is a sandbank that formed in the 12th or 13th Century, cutting off the Cober estuary from the sea to create Loe Pool, the largest natural fresh water lake in Cornwall. Until then, ships could sail up the estuary as far as Helston. Strong currents make it unsuitable for swimming here, but it is a popular spot for sea fishing and kite flying, while Loe Pool is a haven for bird watchers. The area is great for walking; a circular walk from Porthleven around Loe Pool takes in woodland and rolling fields and the National Trust owned Penrose Estate.
