Food and Drink near BrixhamA classic English harbour town with pastel coloured fishermen’s cottages clinging to the hill in crooked rows. There’s a swanky marina complete with restaurants and bars, a choice of beaches and a saltwater outdoor swimming pool. The beautiful coastline here can be explored either by foot on the coast paths or by taking a trip on the ‘Brixham Belle’, which sails to Dartmouth, Paignton and Torquay. More »

Moby Nick's
We love the name and the fishmonger who The Classic Team found while scouting for ingredients to bake a Stargazey Pie (a traditional Cornish pie made with sardines or herrings poking their heads out of the pastry at the sky). There's a good selection of fish here, and if you fancy trying your hand at foraging while you're in the area, ask Nick behind the counter - he knows his do's from his deadly don'ts.

The Resnova Floating Restaurant
The Resnova takes the concept of a waterside setting one step further; this 19th Century Dutch Barge is permanently moored in the middle of Dartmouth harbour. It's just a three-minute flit in their courtesy water taxi from Kingswear or Dartmouth. Or just moor up your yacht and step aboard.
