This walk was rather an adventurous one. We did have some who were elderly in our party and it took a toll on them. We actually completed the walk in 5 hours rather then the 2 and half/3 that is suggested. It was very scenic and the weather was great but it does require a bit of stamina to complete. As long as you have on good walking shoes, a good night's sleep and time to spare its a beautiful walk. However there are some challenging spots and it is not all done through flat walking paths, there are things to climb over, long grass to walk through, but all and all, well worth it.
