Formerly The Quay, and before that the Sticky Prawn, The Waterside has opened under new management in late 2011. This cafe, bar and restaurant is located right on the quay at the lovely harbour at Flushing, just across the water from Falmouth. Local, freshly caught seafood is on offer daily as supporting local businesses and fisheries is at the forefront of their ethos.

I visited The Quay last week and it was a lovely surprise to find such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere with good service and delicious food. Would thoroughly recommend this little place but best to book beforehand for dinner, as it's not very big. It has a prime location on the waterside at Flushing and so easy to access by dinghy!
Visited again in late October 2011 under the new management of The Waterside - food excellent and good value, although service not quite as friendly as on previous occasions. Would still highly recommend.
