Park at St Genny's Church and follow the footpath across fields until you meet the coastal path. Take the narrow steep path to Thorn's Beach using the rope at the bottom but take care as it's not too secure. Cleave Strand is to the north and is a shingle/sand beach which allows dogs year round.
