We used the spa as non-residents for a spa day - the spa staff were exceptionally friendly and proficient, and didn't go in for the 'hard sell' of products following treatment! They specialise in the Spiezia range (organic, Cornish and very local to the hotel) which is highly recommended, and they have a good range of treatments available. Non-residents can also use the pool, small sauna and outdoor hot tub at extra cost, but it can all get a bit crowded on a busy day!
