You'll need to be pretty determined (and fit) to reach this rocky cove as access is from the coastal path up and down several hundred steps. An alternative route leads through fields from Black Hill opposite the turning down to Mill House Inn. There are no facilities and swimming is not advisable unless the sea is calm.
